Property Management Property Monitoring - On site inspection of the interior and exterior of the property following strict guidelines and procedures. It can be done on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

The list below indicates standard features of the visit.  The list can be customized to fit the needs of the homeowner. Perfect for absentee owners or those who lease or rent their property.    

Exterior Check - Walls and roof, lawn, pool, fences, yard furniture, outside lighting, storm debris, windows and doors, bring mail, newspapers inside.

Interior Check - Tour house room by room, check all lights, run faucets, flush toilets, Air conditioning or humidifier working correctly, check for any water damage or mold.

Security Check - Check that all timers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are functioning, Check electrical panel for tripped breakers, Check interior and exterior of windows for forced entry, Check alarm system and motion detectors.

Property Involvement - On site directing of landscaping, pool service, storm shutters, securing lawn furniture and outside plants. Start car and generator. Absentee projects i.e. supervise the building of a deck, driveway resurfacing, landscape overhaul, house painting or roof replacement.

Opening Property - Making property ready for your return. Cleaning, stocking up the refrigerator per your list, servicing automobile, pick- up at the airport if necessary, dinner reservations for the evening.

Senior Watch stops by weekly to aid and assist in securing a plumber, electrician or, whatever maintenance may be required.  Check filters in A/C, windows washed, lawn and landscaping being done properly and being charged correctly.  Minor handyman tasks performed at no charge.

The rate structure will be based on the number of visits, services required and the size of the property. Security and peace of mind are all in the details. We will make sure that together we will formulate a plan that is workable as well as affordable.
